Last Drink

I got a little bug in my brain recently and wanted to play with perspective. A couple days later, this popped out. I’m still trying to decide whether I like it like this or flipped around 180 degrees. I like the depth of this one and I think it conveys the thought a bit better. The other way has more energy and focuses the eyes on the guy’s head, but I don’t think that reflects the intent as well.

Anyone got any thoughts?

    I’d bounced back n’ forth with the idea. Right now, I’m kinda liking it like this. I’m considering making this part of a larger composition (in the relatively distant future). If I end up doing that, this guy could very well end up rotated to a different position.

    It looks great. I like the idea of perspective and the charcoal sketch look.
