In the movie Bubba Ho-Tep no footage from Elvis’s movies appears when he turns on the tv and sees the Elvis marathon. Also not one note of any of Elvis’s songs are heard through out the film. The reason for this is that the licensing rights would have been half of the production’s whole budget.
